Slipstream API
The Slipstream API provides a suite of web services that allow application developers to build real estate and geospatial data-centric applications. In addition, Slipstream offers a library of JavaScript Components that allow you to embed rich user-interface controls within your web application.
What data are available?
The are a number of categories of data that are available through the Slipstream API:
- Demographic data for neighborhoods, places, ZIP codes, and counties across the United States.
- Detailed information on nearly every school, school district and school attendance area in the United States.
- Active real estate listings for over 100 real estate markets.
- Information about recent real-estate sales and off-market MLS listings.
What services are available?
In addition to providing the aforementioned data, the Slipstream API also provides a number of computational services that you can use when building your application. These services includes:
- Address geocoding and standardization.
- Automated property valuations.
- User management and usage analytics.
How do I get started?
In order to use the Slipstream API, you must have a valid authorization token. Please contact the Home Junction sales team to get an authorization token.
